Cross Country Skiing
A single track points the way through the snowy winter landscape. There are more than 600 kilometres of well prepared trails in the Bavarian Forest, through villages, forests, meadows and fields. There are even trails across the border in the wild Bohemian Forest – skiing without borders!
The trails vary from simple ones for beginners to difficult ones for experts - short, long, medium, you can decide, classic or skating style.
Our special tip: the Bavarian Forest Trail runs for 150 kilometres from the Ossergebiet to the Dreisessel – an almost endless trail through breathtaking scenery!
