You can dive, slide and swim in the many outdoor and indoor swimming pools in the National Park Region, for example the Erlebnisbad Zwiesel, the outdoor pool Bärenwelle in Grafenau, the outdoor or indoor pool in Freyung, in Frauenau or Spiegelau. The Tourist Information offices can provide addresses and opening hours.
In the new Bayerwald-Sauna complex in Zwiesel you can sweat in 5 differently themed saunas, for example in the Bärwurz-Sauna with typical Bärwurz spices, in the Light-Sauna with incense and illuminated salt stones or in the Herb-Sauna with aromatic herbs.
There are also many hotels in the National Park Region offering wonderful relaxation and wellness facilities with luxurious saunas, massage and cosmetic treatments, and water beds - relax and unwind!
